Simple Stress Busting Exercise

Do you find it hard to relax?, are you sad? :( , are you mad,? :x , or just confused :? & stressed?.,anxious etc??

Here is a quick and simple Stress busting exercise that literally can be done anywhere, whether at your desk at work, in the queue at the supermarket, the kitchen sink etc......

The aim is to reduce your heartrate,pulse,blood pressure and breathing back to normal :?

Firstly begin by taking in a slow deep breath in by the nose for about 4-6 seconds and then holding the breath for approximately 4-6 seconds, then slowly exhale through the mouth by pursing the lips for approx 4-6 seconds.

Repeat this process 3 times, each time, slowly inhaling and exhaling the breath, do not hurry.

Try & think that you want to breathe in Calm throughts & breathe out the stress & anger.

This process takes less than 5 minutes but is extremely effective for quickly restoring your stress levels to normal.

You heartrate decreases, your bloodpressure & pulse all return back to normal.

For anyone suffering from panic attacks or can feel their heart racing, this is really quick for restoring your breathing back to normal.
